Grant Writer — Federal Funding (Contract)
ALLSAT AI LLC is seeking an experienced Grant Writer to lead proposal development for a time-sensitive USDA federal funding opportunity. This is a fixed-scope contract role focused on end-to-end proposal preparation, compliance with federal NOFO requirements, and on-time submission.
Responsibilities:
- Write and structure the full federal proposal package
- Ensure USDA NOFO compliance
- Manage Grants.gov submission process
- Coordinate with ALLSAT AI leadership and technical team
Qualifications:
- Prior USDA, SBIR, or federal grant writing experience preferred
- Familiarity with SAM.gov and Grants.gov workflows
- Ability to meet accelerated deadlines
Contract Details:
- Start: Immediate (no later than Jan 27, 2026)
- Deadline: Feb 23, 2026
- Compensation: $4,500 upon successful proposal submission
